Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be made within 2 days of the purchase date.
- You must not have practiced more than 2 tests after purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Purchases where more than 2 practice tests have been started or completed.
- Discounted or promotional items (unless they are defective).
- Practice tests purchased more than 2 days ago.
Return Process
1. Initiate Return Request

2. Approval and Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. This may include returning the product or disabling access to the practice test.
3. Digital Products
For digital products, refunds are only available within 2 days of purchase and only if you have practiced 2 tests or fewer. If you have practiced more than 2 tests, the purchase is not eligible for a return or refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
